Millennium Britannia Mayfair, London

I have just arrived back from a long weekend in London and I was not impressed with this hotel. The pictures depict this hotel as being very grand, but I'm not entirely sure these pictures are of this hotel. Disadvantages: renovation work is being carried out at the moment, and although it definitely needs it, I wasn't informed of this at the time of my booking. Our first room was extremely small and was not 4* material. I was grateful that the cold tap in the bath/shower didn't work as we had to change rooms.
