Although not the hotels fault,our cab took us to the wrong 'Millenium hotel'!Make sure you state that its the UN Plaza Millenium hotel!!! On our arrival at the hotel,the very helpful doorman(Who was great through out our stay.)took our bags and escorted us inside,the signing in was hassle free and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. We were there in May and at this time a standard double room cost $260,a superior double(which has a kitchenette)$290 ...

Last weekend, I had a memorable time in NYC, due largely to the Mgmt. and Staff at the Millenium Plaza Hotel. I took my daughter to NY to see the Lion King on Broadway for her 16th Birthday. I booked this hotel through a well known website and I decided to increase my budget compared to hotels I'd stayed in earlier in the week. I still only paid approximately £100 per night and this proved well worth it. The conceirage greeted up and made us feel very welcome. At the check in desk the staff weren't the most helpful, but I think this was mainly due to a large amount of people checking in at the same time. The lobby area of the hotel ...
