In August i went on holiday to Tenerife through Teletext on which we got a cheap and chearful deal. The hotel was very nice and all and the resort was great but what was really excellent was the service that we got from the crew on Monach Airlines. The plane was certainly not pluash at all but it was comfortable and there was no problem with delays or anything. I reguarly travel with Monarch airlines as part of my job and in my own leisure time, I have foudn them to be one of the best airlines i have ever had the pleasure of travelling with. We made bookings with Monarch Airlines today from Manchester to Gibraltar on their scheduled flights for next Summer through their website. Really pleased that you can prebook actual seat numbers when making the booking which save s the normal bun fight when travelling on some of the low cost carriers, when you might end up sitting in different parts of the plane. No extra charge was made for this, you could pay more for extra legroom seats but ...

In June 2008 i traveled to minorca with monarch air lines, And i only have good things to say about them. I have got emphasyma, and after an inflight lung test iwas told by my consultant that i would have to use oxygen on the flight, okay i had to pay £160 but it was worth every penny,, from the moment i arrived at the airport i was made to feel relaxed and not at all embarressed. on board i was treated with great respect, it was the same on my return journey, i will definately be booking many more holidays with monarch. . people are always quick to complain, so i felt i had to write to say WELL DONE MONARCH. ...

All I ask when I pay for a service is that I get what I pay for and it would be nice if it came with a smile. Not with Monarch. I have read a few of the other opinions and it seems that those that are not happy with the service all have pretty much the same reason. The two major factors being the space (or lack of) and the cusomer service. The food was quite bad too. My main complaint was the way the stewards treated me - they just were not interested ...
...way to help any one on the flight and they all looked like they had chewed a sour grape. It certainly put me off flying with them again. I am afraid I am one of these people that hold grudges with companies that treat their customers with no respect at all. Therefore I refuse to use this company again.
