Disadvantages: Far from center, very unfriendly staff

We had a very sad and disappointing experience in this hotel. We booked a room for three adults, as it is specified in the reservation form from the hotel when booking. Of course, it is presumed a minimum of comfortability for the three people in the room, but it was a sad surprise when we arrived and the bed for two people was fine, as expected, nut not the third one.
