My eldest was working in Alcudia and we wanted to go and see her, we booked our tickets via the internet, it was so easy quick and they sent an e-mail to confirm within minutes, we paid over the secure c/ card link and that was that. ...what can I say about MYTRAVEl Airways???? Budget airline with Budget catering and Budget staff!!! We travelled to Florida from Glasgow on the MYT045 flight and the staff and crew members were very unhelpful and not very pleasant to their customers..........The food was unedible to say the least (Think it was chicken!!!) AND as for the seating well, you need to be good at yoga coz to get any leg room you need to sit with your legs around your neck!!!! ...

Good Points They changed the plane to a DC-10-30, and everyone on the flight got a row of seats to themselves. Bad Points Nothing. This has to be the worst plane i have been on. I know how the battery chickens must feel now i had no room at all, as soon as i sat down i had metal from the mag holder sticking in my legs, i have no idea why they would use metal and not rope. The flight home they had no dutyfree, you are ment to fill in a order form on your flight out so when you return the dutyfree will be on your seat for you. this didnt happen. i would say pay a little more if ...

...recently travelled to Mexico with Mytravel and as my husband is not a good flyer and over 6 ft tall, we decided to pay the extra money to upgrade to premair gold. We read some mixed reviews about this. We arrived at Gatwick Airport 2 hrs before the flight and as promised had express check-in. This meant that we only had 1 other couple in front of us, instead of the usual 200!. Check-in was hassle free as our meals and seats were pre-booked. We boarded ...

I had read a lot of negative reviews about MY TRAVEl, so I was somewhat sceptical prior to using them. HOWEVER..................I was to be suprised! My partner and travelled PREMAIR GOLD from Manchester to Las Vegas (ten and a half hours). From check in to disembarking we were so glad we paid the extra money!! I enjoyed flying on My Travel to Canada which iw as where i reguraly fly (twice a year). I was happy to know that their service from Manchester to Toronto was operated by a new aircraft equipped with all the latest tech stuff but however i was dissapointed to find that the leg room was terriable. I travelled with My Travel recently and was very impressed with the way in which the staff dealt with my delicate position of being petrified. Someone from the staff sat with me and helped me board the plane. I had the option of boarding first or last and they couldn't do more for me whilst on the flight.
