Advantages: Lovely Hotel, friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, great position near the best shops and right across from St Patricks Church
Disadvantages: Rooms a little small, and food was EXPENSIVE!!

We went to New York to visit friends we hadn't seen for years and decided we would splash out and stay somewhere 'nice'. We couldn't have been any happier with the Hotel or the staff. The Hotel has an impressive lobby, smallish but beatifully tasteful. As we walked in to the lobby for the first time, the doorman asked our name and immediately seemed to know of our expected arrival. From then on, everyone know our name.
