Advantages: Lovely view from Balconies Disadvantages: No Airconditioning
Ok, we arrive in Gran Canaria with Thomson, we get to the hotel and check in, all is good. We are told where to go in order to find our room and find there is no lifts. We humph the suitcases up the stairs to our apartments and open them up. Lovely apartments, lovely clean bathrooms and lovely tidy double bed. Where is the air conditioning one asks one self?! There is none! We go to the reception and ask for a fan which the receptionist says we have ... ...we can cool down a bit now! It arrives 2 days later and because of it being soo hot we have had around 5 hours sleep in total!
The balconies have great views and it is a very small, quiet hotel! Good for couples and families and also within walking distance of the upper number of shops. ...
