Advantages: I live there! Disadvantages: I live here!
...if I'm not impressed with Norwich doesn't it? Well, that's not the case. However, saying that, I'm not the other way inclined either. When it comes to agreeing with the signs that greet you from at least three separate points around the city, I can't.
Apparently 'Norwich is a fine city'. I have no reason to doubt this, but since I've lived here for the last 31 years [HOW OLD? WHY, YOU DON’T LOOK A DAY OVER 21!!], I've nothing to compare life here ...

Advantages: History. Culture. Lovely Architecture Disadvantages: A Tad Isolated
I first visited Norwich many, many, many years ago when as a ATC cadetin 305 Sdn, I spent a most enjoyable two weeks camp at the then RAF Horsham St Faith’s and still remember vividly the joys of the city.
My next visit, as a young man, included a trip to Carrow Road to watch Norwich City in the FA Cup 5th or 6th Round and my most recent, which was a tour of North Norfolk including stays at Great Yarmouth and Cromer, confirmed all my boyhood ...

Advantages: Lots of History and culture. Disadvantages: Out of the way
...visit. The major roads into Norwich are the A47, A11 and A140 so access is easy from all dirsctions. There are also regular trains(from London, Nottingham, Manchester, Peterborough, Cambridge,...), buses and coaches to get you into the city, and even an Airport.
As for it being small, as most people would think, it actually isn't!!. There's plenty of shops for everyone and lots to see and do too. The fact that it's not a huge city is one of it's ...

Advantages: Relaxed city. Lots to do Disadvantages: no major motorways to and from the city.
norwich is the biggest place and the only city in norfolk and east anglia. it’s a city that is improving all the time and major new developments are making norwich more popular, just a shame there isn’t much development with the football club! norwich is a reasonably big uk city but not hugely populated, (only around a quarter of a million live here ) not even the famous delia smith decided to settle here. in recent years the development outside the ...

...all my life, I know Norwich pretty well. There are plenty of shops, cinemas and nightclubs.
The University boasts some of the finest music events in the area (mainly because they are the only ones!!)
The Castle Mall shopping complex holds home to some of the biggest high street brands, as well as an 8 screen cinema, and various cafes and restaurants.
Head down to the Riverside complex, where there are clubs, pubs, restaurants, and another ...

Norwich is great city but you have got to get to know and understand it and its people. It has its own attractions but not for those youngsters who want everthing served up on a plate but for those of more discerning tastes who have a little time on their hands to explore a little deeper.
A river trip may suit which you can extend into the Broads which remains a favourite for many. The cathedral is well worth a visit and the covered outdoor market ...

Very Dull Review ofNorwich (England)by
daverodhouse
Advantages: None Disadvantages: The Whole Town
There is nothing good i can really say about norwich. I visited it the other week, and everything is just dull and depressing. It is just an all round average town with nothing that stands out. Some people might say their fooball team is their good point, but they are underachievers. It is a dull east anglian town surrounded by farm land, there arn't even any hills. This town is definatlyu not recommended and i can't see any reason why anyone would ...
