We visited the Ocean Palace Resort (some call it the Ocean Palce Hotel, Ocean Palace Apartments) in December 2006
The Truth is now the Ocean Palce Hotel is 4* standard with an ajoining annex of apartments which are an official 3* standard.
We booked with First Choice, and booked into the 4* hotel on an all inclusive basis. The cost of the holiday was £760,00 from 8th Dec to 15 Dec. Which was for myself, wife and our nearly 3 yr old daughter.
Bearing ... ...an all inclusive basis - what a total steal. I was over the moon. The flights turned out to be with Thomas Cook, as First Choice airlines no longer operate out of our local airport. I was not bothered by this one bit. The flights turned out to be great, no problems, friendly staff, good condition plane etc. NO DELAYS!

Advantages: Something for everybody, lots of entertainment Disadvantages: Quite expensive as it is 4*
I stayed at this hotel with my partner for 1 week in September this year. All in all i would recommend this to anybody of any age. The apartments are situated on the outskirts of Tenerife so you aren't right in the middle of all the night life but it is an easy taxi ride away. It is 4* apartments where you can go half board or self catering. We chose to go half board and the food every day was really nice - no complaints there!.
The staff were extremely ... ...Also lots to do for children in the day as they have kids reps on site who take children to play in the creche and do face painting etc while parents relax by the pool.
For adults there is also a hair salon on the site and also a beauty room where you can get massages etc (all at an extra price but definitely worth it if you really want to relax).
Lots of entertainment every day with bingo and a quiz by the pool every day with cash prizes. Also, ...
