Although Moldova is an incredibly picturesque and interesting country there is only a small number of what might be called "tourist attractions". Orheiul Vechi is one of them. In actual fact Orheiul Vechi is a collection of historic sites about an hour from the capital Chisinau. The name translates simpy as "Old Orhei".
