    Advantages Advantages It's cheap - especially if you're on your own

    Disadvantages Disadvantages At certain times of day the journey in and out can take too long for short visits.

    Great City - Scary Car Parking Charges Living in Northants we're a bit limited for local cities worth visiting. Northampton is rather a dump, Market Harborough is charming but tiny and places like Kettering and Corby are best avoided. If we want the excitement of a proper city, we generally go to Oxford. We tend to go four or five times a year and I sometimes use it as a place to meet up with friends who'd rather make the journey there than travel a little further to see us at home in Northamptonshire.     Advantages Advantages Easy way to park and getr into Oxford centre

    I have often used Oxfords Park and ride I usually use it whenever I go into Oxford. I live about 30 miles away from Oxford and go shopping there several times a year. Oxfords Park and ride has been operating for many years now. It really is the easiest way to get into town. I have had experience of going into town and parking its not easy to find car parks and it’s expensive to park for a long time. There are 5 park and ride terminals from which the busses go into the city.
