Im sorry texasgirl but Quaker Parrots are not close to the best talkers, yes they are good talkers but the Actual list goes NO.1 AFRICAN/CONGO GREYS NO.2 AMAZON NO.3 ECLECTUS. Also for god sake.....a PARAKEET AND A QUAKER are two completely different types of birds and have nothing in common other than the fact that they are both birds. Please research a little more. ...
