LOCATION:-
Find the OLD ROMAN BRIDGE, not difficult, then with your back to the Open Air Theatre cross the bridge, on the opposite side just continue straight down the little street facing you, about 50 yards on the right hand side is O PATIO RESTAURANT.
You enter by the door and prceed up the Staircase. You will pass a chilled display of the Fresh Caught Today fish on offer.
In the restaurant is another ... ...is also a Open Air Patio that must be delightful in the Summer. Pity we only seem to visit Tavira in the Winter, although it is still warm.
What I Like is the Tables are Large, which is a big plus when the Food and Drinks come.
Starters tend to be a series of small dishes to share (Greek Meze) they bring a Tray full and you and your party select the dishes. Carrotts with Corriander, Warm Goats Cheese in Honey, Olives, Anchovies (sorry for spelling) ...

Advantages: Small and very friendly with great staff. Disadvantages: None that I could find other than the stair access.
...O Patio, does have a patio area, and is open when the weather allows but as it was January still too cold to eat out in the evening, but in the warmer lighter evenings it must be an asset to them.
You have to access the restaurant via a staircase which is a little on the steep side, there is another entrance around the side but again via steps, but we have not used these so cannot comment. The toilets are very very clean and very well maintained.
