Pefkos Beach, Lindos, Rhodes

The island of Rhodes does lack one thing, and that is really nice sandy beaches. Most of them, including nearby Lardos and even the beaches of Faliaraki are a little stony and containe a good deal of shingle. Pefkos beach however is one of the best on the island for clean golden sand and clear shallow water that is ideal for families. For about 8 Euros you can hire two sunbeds and umbrella for the whole day. Pefkos Beach * One Long beach * Two A good number of sunbeds * Three Close to the town From my point of view the beach was in perfect distance to the town. Not far to walk and was a pleasant beach. It was the main beach for pefkos and so it would get busy, other than that it was very pleasant. There were also boat trips available if chosen. I think that the beach was very clean and nice. Also Taxi services from hotel and so able to get to the beach easily if you are upon a hill.
