After spending two weeks in Tolon in May, on my first ever holiday in Greece, the response was 'quiet' but loved the holiday! Always being a Spanish - Costa Del Sol sort of person, Tolon is perhaps not my first choice of holiday options, but seeing as I was badgered into the holiday by my partner, I fell in love with the place. Most people visiting Nafplion are just passing through, whilst they visit the nearby sites of Epidavros & Mycenae, but the town merits a longer stay as there is plenty to explore.
