Advantages: Great views. Disadvantages: Pay for the car park!
...I found a room at Plymouth Hoe Moat House Hotel.
On arriving at Plymouth Hoe Moat House Hotel you can drop off at the hotel entrance but must go behind the hotel to park in either the underground car park or alternatively in the external car park. There seems to be reasonably ample car parking space, but during the height of the holiday season I think parking places are at a premium. Well there are two hundred and ten bedrooms in this quality hotel, ... ...Reception at the Plymouth Hoe Moat House Hotel is friendly and helpful. They efficiently book you in and take on board any request you may make for your stay, early morning calls, newspapers and the like. The hotel (at reception) can also offer pre-booking and reduce entrance rates to local attractions such as the Eden Project in Cornwall. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the entrance to the hotel very modern and clean - I was impressed.
We then got into one of the very busy lifts - expect a wait at check-in/out times ...
