I HAVE STAYED HERE FOR OVER 20 YEARS NOW, AND THE POLLENSA PARK HOTEL NEVER CHANGES....MOST OF THE SAME STAFF ARE THERE THAT REMEMBER YOU BY NAME WHICH IS REALLY NICE. GREAT FOR DISABLED PEOPLE TOO, RAMPS ALL OVER HOTEL FOR CONVENIENCE!
