...the way to the forum...at Pompeii (see what I did?), we were stuck in a traffic jam whilst traveling along the autostrada from Naples. What could have caused this delay...that's right, a crash. ...If you are anywhere near Pompeii on your travells it really is a must see. A good idea would be to obtain a plan beforehand and decide what you would like to see during your visit. I visited Pompeii this summer after wanting to visit there for along time. It costs quite a lot of money to get in but you will get a discount if you show your British passport. Included in the price you get given a guide book and a map, which are very hepful in telling you about what each area of the town use to be. Your ticket also gives you entry in to Herculanium. I would recommend paying a bit more and getting an audio guide. We decided not ...
