I recently stayed at Pontins in Brean Sands for the 7th year in a row. Normally I have a superb time and have no problems with accomodation, but this year it was awful. I stayed in budget accomodation which was dirty. There was no shower, the door did not fit the frame so there was a big gap around frame. This was botched up with foam!! There were broken utensils and no microwave. The Sfc resturant is disgusting. Dont go there! When I complained ...
...It was not sorted out! The resturant was not value for money and the staff in general were unhelpful and rude. The only thing postive is that the beach is across the road and there are buses to get way from the holiday park! Do not stay here as standards have dropped . ...

...years since we last visited pontins so were unsure of what to expect after hearing other peoples experiances but we went with an open mind anyway.the entertainment was ok but the chalets and especially the sofa bed were bad,we have never slept anything so uncomfy.To make matters worse they only provided a bottom sheet and no duvet cover and watching the chalet maids they did not take duvets out when cleaning between guests so you were expected to ...

From start to finish I enjoyed almost everything about Pontins. The staff are helpful, plenty of activities are available for the children such as crazy golf, swimming, football and basketballcoaching and an enormous amount of shows etc to keep the kids enterained. Most of the time the shows and childrens clubs ran all day and night so you could do as little or as much as you wanted. It does not matter whether its a lovely day or miserable, activities ...
