...cancelling a booking at 'The Premier Inn' - Cardiff West, to make sure you keep a Cancellation Reference until the date you previously made the booking date have passed!
Back in March, I provisionally made a booking, because I wanted tickets for a U2 gig @ the Millennium Stadium but unfortunately I only managed to get tickets for Sheffield Arena....So, come April when the venue was confirmed, I phoned The Premier Inn - Cardiff West and spoke to ... ...bank for £212.00 from The Premier Inn - Cardiff West!! Straight away I phoned them to tell them what has happened and they say if I don't have a "Cancellation Number" then they can’t deposit my monies owed? I wasn't given a cancellation number and even if I did have a cancellation number I would not keep it for another two months thinking oh better keep that just in case they take payment?...No! No person in their right mind would do!
