Advantages: Close to rail links and central London Disadvantages: hot, hot, hot (probably ok in winter)
I stayed here for its convenience to both the Euston and Kings Cross stations and being 10 minutes walk from where I had a conference. I booked it through work and so the £85 per night wasn't a problem, however I would say this was above average for a room only hotel in the middle of London. Breakfast cost an extra £7.50.
The hotel is easy to find and the check in process was also easy. Being slightly un-used to hotels I am still impressed by the ... ...hotel had a great energy saving scheme where the card has to go in a box on the wall to operate the lights and electrics. The key also operates as a key to get into your corridor so security seemed to be excellent.
The hotel is built around an atrium, and in the bottom of the atrium are tables / chairs which are served by the restaurant / Bar Est, which, incidentally, did good food and a special offer of 2 courses for £9.99. You could even choose ...
