The first thing that hits you walking into Prezzo is that it looks great. There are always smiling staff, everything is clean and it generates a wonderful atmosphere. I went there with my family and we were quite quickly seated, with places to sit while you wait rather than leaving you standing around like some other places might. Now, I have to admit, I'm always very critical or resturants, and indeed, anywhere that wants to take my money. I think this is only fair.
