Advantages: Right by the sea Disadvantages: Not in the heart of Brighton
The Princes Marine Hotel is a 4 star hotel situated on the coastal road from Brighton to Hove. It is a newly built hotel (only a few years old) and I had the fortune to be invited to dine there in the in-house restaurant a few years ago. The food was delicious and plentiful, following traditional English recipes.
