Quay 4 is located on the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town and is one of oldest restaurants on the Quay Front and won te Most popular waterfront restaurant in 1999. The Tavern/Brasserie does not look too appealing from the outside as the entrance is down a narrow path inbetween the shops on the quay front.
