Advantages: Stunning hotel, big rooms, security is good Disadvantages: Room Service and Reception staff don't care!
The Radisson Edwardian New Providence Wharf is a luxury 4 star hotel. I stayed in this hotel just 2 weeks ago for one night at a price of £150 - I had this on Last Minute.Com as a Top Secret Hotel. I chose this hotel due to the close location to the O2. The location is spot on with fantastic views, little did I know that between the hotel and the O2 is a river! They did take my luggage from me while I sat in reception until 2pm. The rooms are very modern with a bathroom that has a shower and a nice deep bath. You have a flat screen tv, access to the internet (you have to pay) and a CD player, alarm and lovely soft lighting. You can't get to any floor in the lift without your room key which means no strangers can wander ...

It's quite an impressive building from the outside and although the entrance looks pretty none discript, when you walk into reception it turns out to a lovely modern hotel. I was greeted by a very friendly and competent ... ...checked me into my room with no hassles at all. Security is quite high as you need the key card to move around the building and to work the lifts. The room itself has very modern decor and very comfortable furnishings. The bed is so comfy, by far has to be the best hotel bed I have ever slept in, and I stay away from home quite regularly with work. The room is air conditioned and has a Bang & Olufsen TV which you can use to select CD's to listen ...
