Advantages: Very comfotable. great breakfast
Disadvantages: Very expensive-in New York you pay for location!

We stayed here in May '06 and found the room to be excellent. Unlike many hotels the room we stayed in contained a kitchen, which included all you'd need to prepare meals for yourself. There was a note left on the side which said staff would be happy to do your shopping for you, if you'd write a shopping list. As far as I could see this was a free service. We stayed in the Renaissance in March and April of this year. The room was fantastic with a great view of Time Square - surprisingly quiet as well. All the memebers of staff we spoke to were really friendly.We wanted to upgrade our room as it was a special occasion but all the suites were booked - because of this the guy on reception gave us free breakfast vouchers instead!
