Advantages: Right next to the train station, good price Disadvantages: Scruffy décor, unhelpful staff, too much noise from train station
...found myself staying at the Royal Station Hotel in Newcastle. The location is certainly fantastic, ideal for the train station and the Metro station and also for the centre of town shops and restaurants.
