Ryanair should award me the first prize in frequent cheap traveller to Treviso. I fly with them about six times a year to visit my family over there. ...ryanair, so there is a ryanair customer service at the beginning of the departure gates. We where told to queue by the ticket sequence number on the ticket, 1-60 by the walkway, 61-160 by the window. I was amazed we were on the plane within 10 minutes and the plane was on the way to the runway. During this time ryanair staff were nowhere to be seen and could neither be located. 70 minutes later we were told that due to 'technical problems' our flight had now been cancelled and that we would be re-booked onto the next flight.(wonderful!) I just travelled with Ryanair with some friends to Salzburg and can find nothing to complain about. Our flight cost some £47 including airport tax (which made up most of it) which has to be great vaule for money! The flight itself was smooth and without major problems. I have flown with Ryanair on several occasions-I don't really know what how routes differ, but maybe they do due to staff or whatever. The routes I have flown are as follows: London Gatwick to Dublin, Dublin to Gatwick, London Stansted to Bydgoszcz (Poland), Stansted to Krakow, Gdansk to Frankfurt Hahn, Karlsruhe Baden-Baden to Stansted, Venice Treviso to Stansted, and an aborted attempt to fly to Riga (Latvia). They may be cheap, but one has to draw the line somewhere... I have flown with Ryanair about once a month since early 2000, and my last flight was yesterday: I do not love it, but it still comes in useful. Ryanair is basically a flying bus service: great if you need to get from A to B cheaply, are prepared to accept inconvenience and do not carry much luggage (or anything you care about). Advantages: VERY CHEAP, great onflight deals,discounted car hire, LURVELY stewardess uniforms
Disadvantages: cramped for space a tad.

...youll end up learning the Ryanair catalogue off by heart or getting cramp in your neck from holding your head at a 90 degree angle so that you can watch everything moving extremely slowly past you outside and below out of the window.
