I fly SABENA every week, and some time more than twice a week, not because I wanted to, but is company policy to use the more convinient flight for the business on hand, and often enouf the timing of their flight it is optimal for the requirements. Sabena used to be known as Such A Bad Experience Never Again I move to disagree - they used to be this way - but since they've invested in new aircraft their service has greatly improved. I can't recommend them for long haul flights, but short ones - I fly once a fortnight to Belgium from Manchester. Delays are always neglidgable and the service is always excellent. They also have a wonderful Qualiflyer reward system where your points can also ...

Because it was a longhaul flight to South Africa, I also requested skycots. I couldn't agree more about Sabena - I have yet to hear a good report about the service offered by Belgium's national airline, something goes wrong for every person who I know has flown with them. Luggage goes missing, the planes are not in the best condition (tatty upholstery, disinterested cabin crew) and as for timetables, well why do they bother? Several times at different airports I have heard a mumbled apology precede another announcement to ...

I have known personally and through friends how often they have a habit of losing peoples bags - mainly when you fly via another destination. I know it must be hard for airlines when people have connections to move baggae between aircraft but it is part of their job. Sometimes I wonder who caters for Sabena. Always cheese. Except for the last time which I flew Sabena, it was always cheese sandwiches. Thing is that I don't really like cheese, except on pizza. I have flew Sabena several times over the past year, not by choice may I add. It is the only airline I've ever heard of who managed to loose everybodys luggage who was on the direct flight whilst people who were using it as a connecting flight had no problems.
