This I might add was many years after I had uttered those words, and I was actually retired! ...The local Saga representative was always on hand, every day from 8AM until 10AM and from 5PM until 7PM with extra visits to ensure that new arrivals and departures were attended to. There were many excursions on offer and there was no pressure to take part if you didn't want to. Firstly I have to say that I found all of the tele-sales teams were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Saga holidays are usually great, however just returned from Theofano Hotel in Cyprus, described in the brochure as a friendly family run hotel. If I hadn't travelled with Saga before I would not have done again after this experience. The standard of cleaning left a lot to be desired.
