Advantages: visiting Alcatraz

San Francisco is one of the most beautiful cities you will ever go and visit. Arriving at San Francisco International Airport, I woul suggest getiing the SamTrans buses which cost only $2 to the city centre. Due to the amount of tourists ther are loads of places to stay which are resonable. I stayed at the Globe Hostel around $17 per night. I visited San Francisco at the end of a 3 week driving holiday in California/Arizona and found the place amazing. Firstly you do not need a car in this city. I drove from the north across the Golden Gate, through the city to the airport where I left the hire car and took a taxi back to a hotel at Fishermans Wharf that was already booked. This city, San Fransisco, i fell in love with as soon as the plane touched the ground. the place has so much beasty and there is a wealth that is just unbeleiveable. Most of the places there rent for around 3k a month. The city is very densily poplulated and parking can be a hastle - it is best to live outside the city and commute there to see things. Advantages: Excellent city to visit, especially the Golden Gate bridge

We visited the Golden Gate, the Fisherman wharf, Alcatraz, the Chinatown. We were driving around the city when we spotted a Chinese eat all you can buffet. Sound interesting? Well, when we tried to find it again on, we seem not able to do so. This shows how big the city was. Fisherman wharf was one of our stop. There are a lot of shops selling all sort of goodies.
