Advantages: Price, location, cleanliness Disadvantages: Outdated decor and furniture
We stayed here for one night in April 2007 during a flying visit to NYC. It was a last minute arrangement and we booked through lastminute.com. This hotel had an excellent location. We easily walked to Times Square, Chrysler Building, Bloomingdales etc.. We also walked to China Town, although this was a bit more of a trek. The hotel was very close to an excellent steak house called The Capital Grille - which i would recommend 100% - superbe place ... ...excellent, sincere and helpful - I say sincere as this is something i found lacking in most sales people in New York. We had a suite, which had excellent space. 2 queen size beds. As a couple on holiday, we'd normally find this odd, but actually walking around NYC was exhausting, so a comfy bed each was lovely.
