...Obviously, we loved the Sheraton the first time round otherwise we would not have returned! The rooms are spacious and have the comfiest beds known to mankind :-) The room service was thorough and efficient daily. Staff at reception were polite and efficent, and the staff at the Toronto Tours desk were fantastic. We organised numerous outings with them the first time and, although we weren't going on any tours this time round, we asked them for advice ...

As we got engaged whilst staying there :-) my partner had ordered a bottle of champagne which was pricey, but arrived on time perfectly chilled. What can i say about this hotel, Its one of the very best i have stayed in anywhere in the world, Make sure you have a falls view room though its very much worth it, The hotel has a fantastic location right by clifton hill which is pretty much where everything is, and has fantastic views of the falls from the upper floors, some of the rooms have narrow balconies as well on which i proposed to my fiance. Close by is the crossing to the USa too so ...
