...in stuff, the merchandise at Six Flags Magic Mountain is rather good! There is a large collection of different types of clothing, toys, teddies, ride merchandise and Loony Toon merchandise, of course it all comes at a rather high cost, much like the food but I can’t complain too much as although it’s very expensive it’s no more than at other Theme Parks.
The kids may not like the large rides but they won’t mind as they have ... ...Batman and Superman rights which Six Flags own. Luckily they have done a good job on the themeing of these rides, but I can’t help feeling that they lack individuality due to the Batman or Superman name, these rides could have been much better with a bit more imagination, and a better theme.
All this in account I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed nearly every moment of my day’s in the park. True, it was the rides that did that, but ...

Advantages: Good choice of rides. Disadvantages: Long queues in summer
Six Flags Magic Mountain is a massive theme park situated in Valencia California.
It is easily accesible from Los Angeles.
You need a full day there to get your moneys worth. There are loads of massive white knuckle rides. The areas are themed like The riddlers Revenge, Spiderman the Ride, Superman the Ride, Superman the ride is a car which goes 100 miles an hour . It rockets up a very steep pole and comes back down again backwards like a rocket. ... ...it puts Alton Towers to shame.There is also a stand up roller coaster. There is a viewing tower where you can literally see for miles. There are a couple of wooden rollercoasters which can be a bit uncomfortable. I hurt my hand on one of them as they rock you about a bit. There were plenty of restaurants come stalls. Not too pricey. Lots of little shops for souvenirs.
Overall a fantastic day out. ...

...truly recommend a visit to Six Flags - Magic Mountain which is outside LA near Valencia.
The theme park boasts over 15 world class rollercoasters including many which have been world firsts. If you are a thrill seeker and enjoy rollercoasters then you will be in heaven here as I've never been to any theme park full of rollercoasters and thrills like this. You should allow a full day to visit the park as there are so many good rides its difficult ... ...I have been to Six Flags Magic Mountain three times over the past seven years and every time there has been an offer on 'Coca-Cola and Sprite' cans which can save you $12 per ticket.
I think the park is best for teenagers and adults who are young at heart rather than faint hearted. Most of the rides are far more intense than anything seen in the UK so I would not recommend it for families with young children or fainthearted adults.
