...hotel break away in the Sofitel for four nights as our Christmas present

We arrived into Sydney from Bali, but arrived at the domestic terminal as we changed at Darwin in the early hours of the morning. We jumped in a taxi straight outside the airport. Taxis appeared to be plentiful which can be rare at airports sometimes. The taxi driver instantly offered us two routes to get to the hotel. These ... ...in any hotel room. In Sofitel rooms you slept with a duvet underneath you as well as on top. This helps make it extra comfy. One thing I also find in hotels is that you don't always get enough pillows and have to call and wait a long time to get a couple of extra ones, However the extra pillows were there waiting for us in the wardrobe upon arrival.
Within the room you are given a fine coffee/tea making facility. This is located in a cupboard. Here ...
