Advantages: Sun,sea,good food.

Advantages: Peace and quiet yet close to clubs, pubs and more lively resort
Disadvantages: Beach is very small and quite croeded

STELIOS STALIS APPARTMENTS CRETE This is a wonderful low cost destination for families, couples, and groups, young and old. There is something for everyone. The facilities are outstanding and very undersold in the brochure. Star rating: 2+ (Should be at least 3). Cost: per person for 14 nights self-catering, roughly £500 in peak season! Advantages: Plenty of restaurants, good bus service, but still places to find peace and quite.
Disadvantages: transfer from airport due to the amount of drop offs took 1.5 hours

... There any many restaurants in Stalis and also 20 minutes walk away in Malia. Our favourite place to eat is in old Malia as it is very pretty at night especially when all the fairy lights are on around the old restaurants. We like San Georgio's and also Elizabeth Stabilos which are lovely pretty restaurants and the food is excellent and you feel you are eating somewhere really special and romantic.
