Advantages: Fantastic food and choice Disadvantages: Extra's can add up sneakily and raise the price considerably
As many of you know, I love my food, hell, I love other peoples food too, and I always like to try the latest trend.
Subway....maybe not the latest trend (They've been in America since 1965 and the UK since 1996) but the brand is becoming more and more visible every day, where I live (In Manchester UK), there are now at least 8 in the city centre alone!
The main advantage of Subway is that even though it's a fast food chain, it's as healthy as ... ...fat options, in the 7 under 6 range, namely, seven sandwiches with under six grams of fat in each, of course, if you're adding extra cheese and sauces to these subs, then beware ;o)
Nationally, Subway's differ only in certain product offers and regional price differences, but for the most part, you can be sure of a decent meal wherever you are in the UK...
