The Surfers Hotel in Newquay, has an amazing location, very cheap rates, and a twenty-four-hour bar. What more could anyone staying in Newquay want from a hotel??
The hotel is situated at 1, Narrowcliff , which is literally across the road from Tolcarne Beach. Once you've stumbled down 130-odd steep steps anyway.. (going back up again is a caner!). Tolcarne itself is a beautiful beach, surrounded on the land-side with cliffs, but going out a long ... ...Fistral. It has lifeguard cover, as well as a couple of shops and cafés.
The hotel site is just on the edge of the town centre, literally a hundred yards from Barracuda nightclub, Berties Uptown bar, and importantly, a cash point! It's about a five to ten minute walk to the centre of town, a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the opposite edge of the centre (by walkabout), and a half hour walk to Fistral Beach.
