...another successful shopping trip to TK Maxx, I figured I'd write a review on the store - after all, it is my favourite! TK Maxx is a bit of an 'Aladdin's cave' really - you never know what you may find hidden amongst the vast amount of products within the store. As an ex-clothes shop proprietor, I feel qualified in commending this shop for its huge variety and amazing value for money. If you like to dress well an a budget, then this is the place for you. From Calvin Klein to DKNY, Kangol to Versace - this place has it all. Great for bags, gifts and accessories too, and quite a lot for children, although the nice clothes for age 6 girls (my daughter) always seem to get snatched up quickly. I like to visit ...
...a weekly basis. My top tip is to find out on what day the delivery is due and then to visit the store the following day, after the stock has all been put on the rails. If you only visit at the weekend, don't expect to find as many gems. TK MAXX is supposed to be cheap and cheerful for designer lables- it's true. But what about the fact that you have to rummage through racks and racks of old season stock until you get to that one item that you think you really like. The menswear departmet isn't thaaaaat bad- probably because male shoppers are a little more docile- you wont find two guys fighting over a tshirt. I love a bargain, so i generally end up looking in here for one. They stock all the designer names at a reduced price, because they are classed as 'past season'. Still, with a pair of jeans or a T-Shirt, and especially with underwear or sportswear, it doesn't make any difference to me what they are classed as, as long as i like them! They stock clothes in most sizes, from a very small selection of women's 6/8 to a size 16/18 (they may go bigger but ...

...will always look for a TK Maxx. I particularly like the ones in Wallisdown (Poole) and Salisbury. I have bought lots of designer T-shirts for adults and children (just bought a brilliant Duffer T-shirt for my 8 yrs old grandson - what a bargain at £5! Also bought lots of designer clothes for work and now have a very large collection that didn't cost the earth! I buy the majority of my underwear there! Why pay £25 for a bra when I need only pay £6 ...
