Temple of Karnak-among the best sites in Egypt

Advantages: Intricately detailed temple
Disadvantages: Crowds of tourists

A true wonder of the ancient world!

Advantages: Largest place of worship in the world, awe inspiring
Disadvantages: Will get hassled, some bits not as good as others
