Terravision is an Italian coach company that runs shuttle services to and from Stansted Airport and to and from various airports in Italy. The Italian cities it currently runs to are:
Rome Ciampino airport to Rome
Rome Fumicino airport to Rome
Bergamo airport to Milan
Pisa airport to Florence
I should begin by saying that I have only used the coach to Stansted, as Rome airports are accessible more cheaply by public ... ...can book tickets for the Terravision coaches on line - you get given an e-ticket. The booking page is the standard format and very easy to use. You can print out your eticket, and they will email it to you as well. It is also possible to buy tickets from their agent at Victoria. On Monday 25th June my 05.25 pre-paid coach from Finsbury Square London to Stansted Airport did not arrive I waited 25 minutes and then had to take a black cab at a cost of £70 as I did not wish to miss my 8.30 flight (Ryanir has a very strict policy on late checkins). Since my return to London I have been emailing and faxing Terravision and to date have had NO REPLY.
Customer service is not very high on their agenda.

Advantages: Absolutely none Disadvantages: Everything! Unreliable, unprofessional, unhelpful, and hard to contact.
My experience of Terravision (July 2009) was awful; they took my booking (and my money) and completely failed to provide the service I had paid for. I rang several times and was told that the bus was on its way and then when the bus was more than 20 minutes late I was told that it wasn't coming and I had better go to Liverpool Street Station and get the train instead! I had no idea where the station was as I don't live in London and had a incredibly ... ...having already paid £9 to Terravision for their non-existent service!
According to their website Terravision will let you know immediately if there is a problem and provide an alternative means of transport if they fail to collect you - this was not at all my experience. We booked online for the Rome airport to centre service. We arrived to find our coach cancelled due to a dispute with the civil court in rome and we had to seek alternative transport. After numerous emails seeking a refund we were told that they would not provide a refund and that we should seek one from the civil court!!!
Terravision's attitude and customer service has been absolutely appalling. We will never use them again... ...

Never take teravision! They always have problems with the police. So, once I try to return to the airport and they canceled to bus (police said that their buses were dangerous!) So they literaly told me to go away and find a solution on my own to get to the airport... So sharing a cab 30 euros... (split in 4 = 8 euros) was finally MUCH cheaper than Teravision. Terravsion has AWFUL service. They told me to send an e-mail to get reimbursed but they never reply to my numerous e-mails... ...

Terrorvision!! Never ever again. I had a bad experience with them 3 times - twice in the morning in Finsbury Sq ...it is like a ghost bus.. sometimes it is there, most of the times not. We had to pay for cabs/trains and lost lots of money.
In the airport they were supposed to leave at 12 and left at 1am (my ticket was for 12 of course) because they did not have a full bus and waited for it to be filled up. They never answer your calls , emails. Please sue them someone . THEY SHOULD BE BANNED!!! ...

Spot the Terravision "selfpraising external" review - the ONLY one giving this company more than one star. My experience from Stansted: bad service, no idea on queue management, prepayment/prebooking has absolutely NO advantages - no wait - I think you save a pound or two - but this benefit is far outweighed by tha fact that you stand in line for an eternity with no apparent progess in sight. To make matters worse, if you decide to give up your place ... ...hour) and go to the office for a refund you are told that the office in Stansted cannot provide refunds and that you have to contact the Rome office. It would not really be difficult to provide a better level of service, but it is apparent from the "kids" running this show - it is not going to happen any time soon.
Stansted Express or National Express for me - if I bother to fly into Standsted ever again... ...

Same problem with me. We waited for more than one hour for our bus to Stansted from Bromley-by-Bow. Despite our phone calls to Terravision and them saying the bus was arriving, no bus showed up. We had to take a very expensive cab for us not to miss the plane. We called Terravision again and they told us our cab expenses and coach tickets would be fully reimbursed. Since then, I have struggled to get something from them but they do not reply, lie and just wait for us to get demoralised and stop asking them for refund. This company is absolutely not reliable. Avoid them!!! ...

I have had a bad experience with Terravision today. The website mentions that the bus to Stansted Airport stops at Bromley-by-bow underground station, so we waited there frm 6:15 am till 7:15 am, but there wasn't any bus. As a result we missed our flight from Stansted.
Do NOT USE Terrravision. Its a big headache, not to mention the fact the I will not refunded for the flight tkts and hotel bookings.

Used the Terravision coach from Ciampino airport into Rome & return & will never use them again. Other transport is cheaper & more reliable. We waited 1 1/2 hours for a coach into Rome & over an hour for the return. There was no preferential treatment for those who had booked in advance. We were told to meet the coach at 7:30 outside the Termini station & it finally arrived at 8:40 by which time there were more than 2 coach loads of people waiting. ...

...mistake. I will never use terravision again in my whole life.
The bus left 10 minutes late and the driver was slow. Then because of a car accident, we remained stucked in the traffic. Till here nothing to say. accidents happen. What made me angry is that nor the driver or the company cared to inform the passengers of what was going on. If they had informed us of the accident we would have gone by train. There was plenty of time when I got the coach ... ...asked for a refund to terravision and as an act of good will they have provided me with a £9.00 voucher that can be redemed in the next 6 months...yes but only in Rome of Florence...what?I live in London. ...and I have taken the Terravision buses many times. I never had any problems with the buses in Rome or in London.
The buses run ontime, they sometimes get a little delayed with the traffic but nothing really major. They are the cheapest option to reach the city center from Ciampino and Stansted without having to change. Last week I paid only 4€ for my ticket from Ciampino to Termini. ...had the misfortune/foolishness to use Terravision twice, though I don't know what I was thinking trying their service a second time. Early morning flights from Stansted before the express opens left me with few options. On both occasions I travelled from Finsbury Square. First time the bus arriving late followed by the driver seemingly getting lost, taking a wrong turn in the city, resulted in us arriving 45 (yes, 45) minutes late, even though it ... ...my flight with 2 minutes to spare. Still it was better than their efforts the second time, when the bus just didn't bother showing up. Cue frantic efforts to try and obtain a hackney cab at 430 in the morning, eventually had to hail a black cab which cost me £110. No response has been had from Terravision.
