I have flown with Thai airlines a few times to Hong Kong and their service is excellent. The food served is varied and of good quality. During the flight I never felt I was in cattle class as I had enough room to relax. The staff were pleasant and attentive throughout the journey and always immaculately turned out. I have used Thai International Airways on several occasions and cannot fault them. On my very first trip we arrived late into Bangkok but they held the connection (to Phuket, a domestic flight) for us and then rushed us through the Royal Services channel to board it, NOT something we would get in the UK with our airlines! We have flown with Thai airways about 12 times in all.Twice from Heathrow to Bangkok,and various other shorter routes internally.The flight from Heathrow airport to Bangkok airport is a very long flight,12 hours in all.We left a very cold and rainy England at 11 am ,and arrived in hot,steamy ,sunny Bangkok at 6 am the next morning.The flight was very comfortable,although we can never sleep,we are far to excited at the prospect of getting back to one ...
