    The Blue Bar and Grill is situated in the trendy Albert Dock complex. The restaurant itself is set above the Blue Bar, which is one of Liverpool's trendiest pubs regularly frequented by stars from Brookside, Hollyoaks and Liverpool Football Club. The décor is utilitarian and sports a magnificent vista of the Albert Dock through a glass facade. It is especially picturesque at night when the surrounding sandstone dock structures are illuminated. The overall ambience generated beautifully compliments the cuisine served.     Advantages Advantages excellent atmosphere, beautiful building

    Disadvantages Disadvantages basic food

    Blue is an experience and I agree with many of the sentiments expressed by Uncle Stu but not all. Primarily Blue is the bar of the moment although in recent weeks it may be that numbers are slightly on the wane. It is a friendly spot and super-trendy and is a mighty fine spot to spot celebs and celeb spotters. The eye-candy is recommended for all, introductions are aided by a bathroom which has a unisex wash and brush up area.
