Advantages: Cheap, quirky, great fun! Disadvantages: Music could do with an overhaul, few too many pissed self-centred students
If the latest trance sounds and trendy people in trendly clothes are you bag then just walk right past.
If you like cheap beer, a good laugh, a relaxed dress code and a mix of all sorts of people united in the pursuit of a good night out then maybe it could just be for you.
There's not much sophistication here, one long bar, one dance floor with seating around the edge and plenty of beer. Personally I will long mourn the passing of the towel on ... ...since at least 1993, had many a tale to tell and had probably evolved sufficiently as to actually be able to tell them.
Music is everything from the 60s to about the late 90s although it gets a bit same-y after going there for 10 years or so ;-) ...
