Advantages: Location Disadvantages: I can't think of any
I stayed in this hotel the first time I ever visited Bangkok. I booked a package holiday with Thomas Cook and they recommended the Landmark Hotel - I was not disappointed! From the moment I entered the grand lobbey area, staff made me feel welcome. I was offered a welcome drink and when we checked in was given a free room upgrade on a higher floor.
The room itself was perfect. It was large, clean and had excellent views over the city and hotel pool.
... ...If you don't fancy leaving the hotel, there are a number of restaurants to choose from. The Thai restaurant was particuly good, There is also a bakery/ coffee shop which sells very nice ice cream and cakes if you were looking to treat yourself.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, with Nana skytrain station just a few minute walk away. Right outside the hotel are a number of shops, restaurants, bars and in the early evening street stalls selling ...

...exceptionally clean and tidy. the rooms are fairly spacious, though there is not much of a view on the lower levels as you have many tower blocks around the hotel. the restaurant on the 35th? floor is very good and its not often you get three people to wait on you is it?
