...truly wonderful 5 days at the palais rhoul and spa boutique hotel.
I selected the palais rhoul because of the great reviews on ciao, and I was not disappointed. !
The staff was constantly helpful and friendy they will do anything they can to help you, every single person made us feel welcome.
receptionists who were all lovely and full of advice on good things to do and places to go. We met pierre the manager, he was extremely accomodating
The ... ...was stunning . The interior (room and rest of hotel) was decorated and furnished to a high standard)
The spa is just simply out of this world. Ilam and abdel were just perfect ! I have been to a lot of spas world-wide and this has got to be one of the top because of the way that ilam and abdel make you feel as though you are the only client in the place.
All in all, the best holiday we've ever had - total relaxation in a beautiful boutique hotel. ...

...just spent 7 nights at the Palais Rhoul boutique hotel in December 2007 and loved it. It is a little gem. Upon arrival we were greeted with congratulations by the concierge and upgraded to a two tier room with sofas, very large bathroom, upstairs bedroom etc and a bottle of champagne. A fantastic welcome! The staff that run it are so friendly and helpful...just ask and they oblige....extra pillow, early calls and even earlier breakfast. Perfect location ... ...after we checked out.
The rooms was absolutely stunning, antique furniture everywhere, clean with large marble bathrooms. plenty of towels changed daily. free internet acces, etc, etc... (The palais rhoul is a historic moroccan palace).
There was a large but cozy suspended library a couple doors from our room with sofas and chairs.
The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast room was gorgeous. Their were the most decadently delicious I've ever ...

...We were not disappointed
The location is perfect, the room was excelent, and the staff extremely helpfull. in fact we could not fault the service given or the hotel in any way.
I realised that the day on which we were arriving was a holiday (ramadan) and asked what would be open and the manager came back to me via email giving options.
the suites are very comfortable, flat screen, Free wifi, great beds amazing shower well apointed bathroom. Breakfast ...

For the second time we went to palais rhoul and we had a massage and lunch. Staff was nice and helpful. and pierre the manager came to check if everithing was ok.

could not have been more helpful and welcoming and willing to help in any way possible. The rooms are absolutly beautiful, extremely cozy well dorated very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a fabulous job, as well, they always arrange my personal items and clean the room exceptionally well.
Our breakfast was included with our room cost and was delicious with a nice variety from which to choose.
