The above sounds brilliant for what one would want in a hotel. I stayed there a few weeks ago, and I was very impressed as soon as i saw where i was staying.
Vital Statistics:
- A 4 star hotel
- Opened in 1937
- 8 floors, about 200 rooms
- Situated in the centre of Leeds - right next to the train station, so no worries if you arrive by train. right next to the shopping, clubbing areas. in fact, one of leeds' best clubs is right opposite! Advantages: Location, location, location Disadvantages: Popular if Leeds United are at home on a Saturday
The Queens Hotel Leeds is ideally located for anyone visiting the city centre ... no more than 10 minutes off the M62 in the heart of the city centre, situated outside and to the front of Leeds mainline railway station. There are ample car parks nearby, with only a short distance to walk with your luggage. The main plus point of the hotel is the location of the hotel. There is a newly refurbished restaurant in the basement of the hotel. The Queens grill restaurant was refurbished just about 9 months ago. The menu and the quality of the food served in the restaurant is excellent. There is also Queens bar right next to the reception. The hotel ...
