The Queens, Leeds

The above sounds brilliant for what one would want in a hotel. I stayed there a few weeks ago, and I was very impressed as soon as i saw where i was staying. Vital Statistics: - A 4 star hotel - Opened in 1937 - 8 floors, about 200 rooms - Situated in the centre of Leeds - right next to the train station, so no worries if you arrive by train. right next to the shopping, clubbing areas. in fact, one of leeds' best clubs is right opposite! ...was easy, i booked over the phone. Even from the outside, i was impressed, and the inside ground reception was very elegant as well. The staff were polite, and i had no problems with them at all. The room: The rooms are massive, with huge windows and bathrooms, that have speakers in them so you can hear the tv. I had no problems with hygiene or cleanliness. However, the actual decor in the rooms was a bit wierd! A not very flattering dark musky ...

Queens hotel is one of the best hotels in Leeds and also the oldest hotel in Leeds. After the refurbishment that took place a couple of years ago the Queens hotel now has 217 rooms. The rooms are really good and comfortable and the quality of service provided is excellent. The rooms are well furnished and also very comfortable.
