    Advantages Advantages amazing facilities & couldn't ask for better surface

    Disadvantages Disadvantages The only disadvantage was that the holiday was too short!

    From booking the holiday with Fleetway, being collected from the airport, taken to hotel & excursion experiences (watching the sunrise from the top of Moses Mountain was breath taking), to collection from hotel and transfer back to the airport things couldn't have been easier or run more smoothly. The Ritz Carlton is an amazing hotel & the level of customer service couldn't be better; during the holiday my purse was lost during a trip, not only did the hotel do everything possible to assist me in practicalities of cancelling cards etc but the hotel arranged taxi driver later found the ... more

    Advantages Advantages Staff excellent ; Club Lounge superb; Quality of food and drink very good.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Bedrooms need an update ; A little more entertainment in the evenings ; More spa offers.

    This was our 5th visit to the Ritz- Carlton, and we would now not stay in any other hotel in Sharm El Sheik. It is in a lovely quiet setting with a nice pool leading to it's own beach on the Red Sea.. We upgraded to a Club Room at a very reasonable rate. The Club Lounge is basically open for most of the day until 10.30pm, and offers breakfast. snacks, light meals, canapes, afternoon tea and drinks at different times of the day.
