Advantages: V close to Oxford Street and the shops Disadvantages: Untrained staff, musty smell, bad value for money
My Husband and I stayed here for the weekend (13-15th July 2007), we purchased a theatre package online and this was the hotel chosen for us.

Advantages: Great central London location! Disadvantages: Poor customer service in general
I recently stayed for a night at this well known hotel - I had always wanted to stay there, as it was so close to Oxford Street - a mecca for a shopoholic such as myself! - but am sad to say that I was very disappointed in general with the hotel.
