T Cook use Alamo car hire in Florida, watch out, and check prices on the WWW. T Cook charged me £1500 when I checked on the web the price shown (and Alamo have since said I could get a discount off that price as it was for 5 weeks) for the Same car, the same dates, the same cover, the same location etc was £1065, is that a rip off or what? T Cook said they could not do anything about that, s all I can say is do not book it with T Cook, book it yourself. ...
...joke, spend a full day on the telephone, 50 min at a time, they give a verbal quote (will not send a written quote) then even with a ref number when you call back it has gone up, then the next time has gone up again, in my case by over £500. Check EVERY detail with them, if a hotel says breakfast is inc, check, as I found they said it is no longer inc, watch them for flight surcharges, mine was £48 then it jumped to £148 in 2 hours, The Virgin flight ...

...when I tried good old Thomas Cook. I've always thought Thomas Cook was a bit old fashioned or a bit package tour type thing, and in fact they're imagine does leave alot to be desired BUT they found me cheap tickets to Italy, with alot of options and the service was inpecable. The one thing that Thomas cook should enforce to their sales staff as that when a client comes through the door they have come to enquire and eventually book their holiday. This holdiay has to be earned by the client by working and saving hard all year long. This can mean much to the poerson booking as they have slaved and saved all year and when they go through the door of the travel agen what greet them? Someone with an attitude that you are borthering ...

Now I book independenly and get a much better service as the poeple I deal with are very warm, friendly and co-operative. Service with a smile. I am not to sure about this website it is good in some ways but not in others i liked it because you could get prices quoted in a secound but what i didnt like is that they go up & down all the time i mean i work in the trave industry & it is so frustrating to book a flight only to find out is has gone down in price by like £30. I also was not happy by the idea that it wouldnt let me book online whether it not it had something to do with the time ...
...is good & the staff on the other end of the phoen are very helpful & friendly. Never the less i enjoyed my flight & would book with agein for sure. I much prefer to book online than through a travel agent it is so much more conenient, when the website is working that is . The website was slow at loading which bored me ! ...
